About Stretching and the equipment
Once again, comfort is key. Leggings, a T-shirt and socks will be preferred for stretching. You can start training even in a hoodie so that your muscles warm up faster, and in the middle of a workout, take it off and continue exercising in a comfortable top or T-shirt

We suggest you use a big screen so you can see the movements. Even better if you can watch it on a TV via an HDMI cable or using AirPlay on your phone.
